1. General Information

Welcome to Beverly & Pearl. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our products.

Our skincare products are formulated with safe and effective ingredients; however, individual results may vary based on skin type, environment, and personal skincare routines.

2. Eligibility to Shop

To shop with Beverly & Pearl (B&P), you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old.

  • Have a debit or credit card that we accept (see checkout for current payment providers).

  • Be authorized to use that debit or credit card (e.g., it is in your name or you have permission to use it).

Some products sold through our website may not be suitable for under-18s.

Our Privacy Policy sets out how we use your information. If your details change, please update your account so we can continue to provide the best service.

3. Product Use & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for reading all usage instructions, ingredient lists, and warnings prior to use.

  • If you are new to actives such as retinol or retinal, follow the usage guidelines provided with the product to avoid irritation.

  • A patch test is strongly recommended before full application to check for sensitivity or allergic reactions.

  • Customers should consult with a dermatologist or healthcare provider before using any new skincare product, especially if they have pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or using prescription treatments.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to wear sunscreen daily when using products that increase photosensitivity (e.g., retinoids, exfoliating acids).

4. Allergies, Sensitivities & Reactions

  • While our formulas are designed to be safe and effective, Beverly & Pearl is not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or adverse outcomes that may occur due to individual sensitivities.

  • Customers must review the full ingredient list before purchase and use.

  • If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.

5. No Medical Claims

  • Beverly & Pearl products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Our content, descriptions, and recommendations are for educational purposes only and do not replace professional medical advice.

6. Order Placement & Product Price Indication

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  • Main product characteristics are shown on each product page at beverlyandpearl.com. Images may not always perfectly match the physical product due to differences in browsers, devices, and monitors.

  • Occasionally, prices may be incorrect. If this happens, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, the order will be cancelled, and any payment refunded.

  • Prices are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, markdowns, or other commercial factors.

  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).

  • Discount codes are subject to their own conditions. If there is a conflict, the discount code terms prevail.

  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders that do not comply with these terms, even if your card has already been charged.

  • The purchase price (plus delivery costs) will be charged when your order is shipped.

7. Shipping & Delivery Risks

  • Processing time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery timeframe: 3–8 business days worldwide after processing.

  • Beverly & Pearl is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Customs clearance processes

    • Shipping carrier issues or backlogs

    • Weather, natural disasters, or global emergencies

    • Geopolitical events, wars, trade restrictions, or sanctions

  • Once tracking confirms delivery, Beverly & Pearl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are advised to provide a secure delivery address.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photos) to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

9. International Orders & Customs

  • Import duties, taxes, and other fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Some countries restrict the import of certain skincare ingredients. Beverly & Pearl is not responsible if customs reject or return your order.

10. Intellectual Property, Content & Software

  • Beverly & Pearl owns or has permission to use all intellectual property rights on the Beverly & Pearl website and its content. These rights are protected worldwide.

  • You may store, print, or display our website content only for personal use.

  • You may not use website content, logos, or trademarks for commercial purposes without express written consent.

  • You may link to beverlyandpearl.com fairly and legally, provided it does not damage our reputation or suggest endorsement where none exists.

  • Our website may not be framed on any other site without permission.

11. Role & Responsibilities

  • When you purchase on beverlyandpearl.com, you are directly purchasing products supplied by Beverly & Pearl.

  • We process sales, payments, refunds, and shipping.

  • Once your payment is received, your order is fulfilled, and your obligation to Beverly & Pearl is complete.

  • Shipping is handled directly by Beverly & Pearl.

12. Ordering Conditions

  • By clicking ‘Confirm and Pay’, you agree to pay for the product(s).

  • English is the contractual language used.

  • After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email (this is not yet acceptance).

  • A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email.

  • Beverly & Pearl reserves the right to reject or cancel an order at our discretion.

13. Mobile Terms of Service

  • The Beverly & Pearl mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by B&P.

  • By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of B&P.

  • Messages may include service updates (e.g., order alerts) or promotional content (e.g., offers, reminders).

  • You do not need to consent to this service to make a purchase.

  • Message/data rates may apply. Frequency varies.

  • You can opt-out at any time by texting STOP or using the unsubscribe link in messages.

  • Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • We are not liable for failed or misdirected delivery of messages, errors, or actions you take in reliance on the service.

  • Beverly & Pearl shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, political instability, global trade disruptions, pandemics, or shipping carrier issues.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
